Tool coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end tool installation.
• Act as the main liaison between equipment vendors, engineers, facilities, and operations teams.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Ensure facility readiness (e.g., power, gases, exhaust,etc....)
• Monitor and resolve issues related to installation delays or technical challenges.
• Key requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field)
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or equipment setup preferred.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.
• Familiarity with fab processes (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, cleanroom environment.
• Proficiency in office software
• Able to read P&ID and schematic drawing.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD is a plus.
