Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent. Must have 3 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Must have 3 years of experience with the following:
• utilizing frontend languages including JavaScript, TypeScript, SASS/LESS;
• coding in at least one mainstream frontend framework including React, Vue, or Angular;
• utilizing common frontend build tools including Webpack and Vite; working with frontend automated testing;
• utilizing multi-threaded development tools including Web Workers, Service Workers, and Worklets;
• utilizing web APIs including Web Audio, Canvas, WebGL, WebTransport, and WebSocket APIs;
• and utilizing WebRTC core concepts and architecture including WebRTC Native API.
• Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: Position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

• Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
• Minimum:
• $179,500.00
• Maximum:
• $228,700.00
• In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
• Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
• We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.

Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position Responsibilities: Develop new features for Zoom web client; maintain the building environment and deliver release packages; improve the frontend testing automation framework; support Zoom web app running in ChromeOS; adopt Web Assembly to optimize audio and video experience; leverage WebRTC framework to enhance audio and video performance in low end and IoT devices; and work with the support team to deal with customer tickets.
