  • Strong generalist HR experience supporting multiple businesses or SMEs

  • Strong UK employment law knowledge
  • Experience handling employee relations matters
  • Strong HR documentation drafting skills
  • Commercial, practical approach to HR advice
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Desirable
  • CIPD qualified or working towards accreditation
  • Experience with restructures, redundancies or organisational change
  • Experience delivering manager coaching or training
  • Experience supporting SMEs or founder-led businesses
