The BluCar Support Specialist is responsible for managing vehicle inventory through the Copart ecosystem from assignment to auction. The BluCar Support Specialist will work closely with customers, operational teams, and sales leadership to monitor inventory flow, troubleshoot issues, coordinate vehicle readiness, and help maximize overall auction performance. Job Duties Manage daily inventory activity from vehicle assignment through auction sale Monitor and ensure vehicles progress through the Copart ecosystem in a timely and accurate manner Provide exceptional customer service while building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Communicate effectively with customers, operational teams, and partners primarily via email and phone Coordinate and resolve inventory-related issues including assignment delays, documentation concerns, transportation updates, and auction readiness Utilize and manage multiple inventory management systems and customer platforms Work closely with operational teams to ensure vehicles meet BluCar presentation and processing standards Support auction execution by ensuring inventory is properly listed, marketed, and ready for sale Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to customers and internal leadership Work effectively both independently and within a team-oriented environment Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2+ years of administrative, inventory management, or customer service experience Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Experience working with inventory management systems or multiple software platforms preferred Previous automotive, logistics, fleet, auction, or customer service experience considered an asset Associate's degree or higher preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred Compensation: $60,000 salary At Copart, we are focused on harnessing the power of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
