This position is located at NAF Support Management/Information Technology. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less). A qualified candidate must possess the following: Possess a Bachelor's degree with a major study (minimum of twenty-four (24) semester hours) in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management. *Your education must be listed on your resume, and your transcripts must be uploaded with your application to be considered eligible for this position. OR Possess intensive training providing you an IT Certification that has provided you with the demonstrated knowledge and skills in applying the following: Database management concepts; backup and recovery procedures; and commonly used query languages to create reports and manipulate data. *Your training must be listed on your resume, and your completed IT Certification must be uploaded with your application to be considered eligible for this position. OR Possess at least one (1) year of experience performing duties that have provided you with the knowledge and skill of - Database management concepts; backup and recovery procedures; and commonly used query languages to create reports and manipulate data. *This experience must be included on your resume to be considered eligible for this position. OR Possess a combination of the above listed experience, education and intensive training - to provide you with you the knowledge and skill of - Database management concepts; backup and recovery procedures; and commonly used query languages to create reports and manipulate data. Education, training and experience must be included on your resume AND transcripts and certifications must be uploaded at the time of application to be considered eligible for this position. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess a current COMPTIA SECURITY+ certificate. This certification must be uploaded at the time of application to be considered best qualified. Applicants meeting the Best Qualified criteria may be referred first to the Selecting Official.
