We're hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to build and operate our vertical AI product surface at MGT that our brokers, insureds, and internal teams use every day. This is not a roadmap-and-jira role - product and engineering lanes are merging. Product talent at MGT operates fluidly across product strategy, data, design, and engineering. You will set the vision, sharpen the bet, ship the wedge, and then drive operational excellence on top of it. TPMs that succeed at MGT embrace their responsibility for end-to-end execution and lean into MGTs comparative advantage - agility. You'll write specs that read like product memos, sketch flows when a sketch is faster than a doc, query the warehouse when a query is faster than a meeting, and prototype with AI tools when a working artifact is more persuasive than a deck. You actively contribute code to your projects.
