- Experience with technologies such as Azure, SQL, APIs, SaaS platforms, XML, ServiceNow, Atlassian and Microsoft 365.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer outcomes.
- Experience with project delivery or change initiatives (desirable).
