  • Education/Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting Vice-Presidents, preferably in a Sales/Marketing environment
  • College degree preferred
  • Salary Ranges:
  • $104,200.00 - $149,800.00

Additional Information

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Commercial Vice-Presidents . This role is based in San Jose, CA. This is a full-time, on-site role . Responsibilities include: Manage complex calendars and take charge of scheduling internal and external meetings, using insight and exercising judgment as needed Coordinate logistics for customer meetings, conferences, and events, and assist with the preparation of customer presentations, briefings, reports, and meeting materials Arrange domestic and international travel, ensuring maximum time efficiency and effectiveness Interact with C-level executives and Board members to coordinate committee meetings and other business-critical interactions Manage external visitors including customers and investors Handle business details of a highly confidential and critical nature Manage department purchases on company credit card, reconcile monthly spending Provide back-up support for other members of Bloom's administrative team Resolve time sensitive issues with a high degree of precision and exhibit strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
