Manager (Strategic Operations & Transformation) - JL

Responsibilities

• 🔹 Drive Vendor & Procurement Excellence
• Manage end-to-end vendor processes from sourcing to contract management
• Support procurement activities including tenders, evaluations, and renewals
• Work with service providers to ensure strong performance and value-for-money outcomes
• Explore and assess new digital tools and solutions (including AI-enabled platforms)
• 🔹 Support Organisational Planning & Leadership Operations
• Maintain key workforce and organisational data for leadership reporting
• Support audit coordination and ensure documentation readiness
• Help manage division-wide engagement activities such as townhalls and team events
• Support internal administrative and governance processes
• 🔹 Enhance Digital Workplace & Collaboration
• Improve internal knowledge sharing platforms and digital workspaces
• Support onboarding programmes for new team members
• Help streamline how information and resources are organised and accessed
• 🔹 Be Part of Strategic Projects That Matter
• Support cross-functional initiatives and transformation projects
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and efficiency
• Contribute ideas to enhance productivity and ways of working

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• 4-8 years of experience in operations, procurement, PMO, consulting, corporate planning, or transformation roles
• Experience in vendor management or procurement processes is a strong advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Prior experience in the IT industry will be advantageous.
