Requirements

• The Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and UI aesthetics (mobile app concepts or case studies are a massive plus).
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships or bootcamp projects count!).
• Tools of the Trade: High proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, and variants should be your friends).
• Android Curiosity: A solid baseline understanding of Android design paradigms, screen densities, and navigation patterns.
• Soft Skills: A strong desire to learn, openness to constructive feedback, and the ability to clearly articulate your design choices.
• Preferred Plusses (Nice-to-Haves)
• Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions (Lottie, Principle, etc.).
• A basic understanding of how Android layouts are built (e.g., Jetpack Compose or XML) so you can speak the developers' language.
