1. ContractManagement and Review Review, execute, and maintain records of iron ore sales and purchase contracts, shipping contracts, and related trade documentation. Ensure contractual terms comply with the company's risk management and compliance requirements, and coordinate with Legal, Trading, and Finance teams to resolve contractual issues. Monitor contract performance and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled in a timely manner. 2. Shippingand Logistics Execution Management Liaise with shipowners and shareholders to coordinate the execution of shipping contracts. Monitor vessel movements, including loading port arrival, cargo loading, departure, voyage progress, and discharge port operations. Coordinate and resolve operational issues arising during loading and discharging activities to ensure smooth vessel operations and minimize exposure to additional costs. In charge of Bills of Lading (B/L) issuance. 3. TradeDocumentation and Settlement Management Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and other trade-related documentation if needed. Ensure all documents comply with contractual and banking requirements to prevent payment delays caused by discrepancies. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely trade settlements. 4. Receivablesand Freight Collection Management Monitor and follow up on the collection of cargo payments, freight charges, and other trade receivables. Maintain close communication with customers and finance teams to ensure timely payment collection in accordance with contractual terms. Monitor overdue receivables and drive resolution of outstanding issues to mitigate credit risk. 5. End-to-EndTrade Lifecycle Management Manage the complete trade execution process from contract signing, vessel operations, cargo delivery, document processing, and final settlement through to trade closure. Track trade execution progress and ensure all key milestones are completed according to schedule. Coordinate among internal stakeholders and external shareholders to ensure seamless trade execution. Identify, assess, and manage operational, logistics, and contractual risks throughout the trade lifecycle. 6. DataAnalysis and Reporting Maintain trade execution records and related operational databases. Prepare reports on vessel operations, delivery volumes, settlements, and risk management activities. Provide operational support and data analysis to the trading team and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
