As a Senior Electrical Engineer on the Front-End Innovation team, you will identify real user problems and translate them into breakthrough product concepts that define our future portfolio. You will operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, supporting projects from early discovery through concept development, validation, and handoff. You'll also be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities: Building and iterating prototypes, utilizing embedded control, circuit design, and thermal management experience Generating and refining concepts in ambiguous problem spaces using structured ideation and good engineering judgment Participating in and translating field research into user feedback, observations, and actionable insights Performing engineering analysis to evaluate feasibility, performance, risk, and design tradeoffs Collaborating with product marketing, design research, industrial design, NPD/ADV engineering, and project leadership to push the boundaries of innovation Communicating clearly to stakeholders, including design intent, tradeoffs, progress, and recommendations Defining and evaluating critical user benefits, business fit, and technical feasibility What TOOLS you'll bring with you Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 5+ years of experience in product development, innovation, or concept engineering, with demonstrated ability to deliver innovative solutions.
