About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Manager to join our Intelligent Automation team. In this role, you are shaping how automation and agents are built and scaled across the organization.   • Guide the effective usage of tools, particularly UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform, promoting consistency and efficiency.
  • Resolve complex technical issues, providing hands-on expertise and mentorship to team members.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to support business goals and deliver innovative solutions rapidly.

Requirements

  • Expertise in automation technologies, especially UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Agents, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture, security best practices, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proven experience in setting and maintaining technical standards and governance.
  • Ability to review and critique technical designs and partner solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding development teams.
