Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client, ensuring alignment on development goals and strategic direction.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client communications and decision-making support.
  • Provide leadership and oversight across all functional areas within the project team.

  • Prepare and submit timely reports including daily logs, weekly updates, and monthly progress summaries.
  • Maintain and update the project risk register and issue logs.
  • Coordinate closely with client operations and other stakeholders to minimize disruption during construction.
  • Facilitate contractor meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support the Project Lead in stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and strategic decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 8 -15 years of experience in site-based project management, at least 2 years in data center.
  • Strong understanding of CSA and MEP
  • Experience with quality assurance and safety protocols.
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Capable of interpreting technical regulations, permits, and environmental standards to assess compliance and identify potential risks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing detailed reports, interacting with stakeholders, and Advanced verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Language - English Proficiency, Indonesian is a must.
