Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client, ensuring alignment on development goals and strategic direction.
- Act as a key point of contact for client communications and decision-making support.

- Coordinate closely with client operations and other stakeholders to minimize disruption during construction.
- Facilitate contractor meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support the Project Lead in stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and strategic decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 8 -15 years of experience in site-based project management, at least 2 years in data center.
- Strong understanding of CSA and MEP
- Experience with quality assurance and safety protocols.
- Able to work under pressure
- Capable of interpreting technical regulations, permits, and environmental standards to assess compliance and identify potential risks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing detailed reports, interacting with stakeholders, and Advanced verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Language - English Proficiency, Indonesian is a must.
