M&E Supervisor

About the role

1) Review and interpret M&E drawings, schematics, and technical specifications. 2) Perform updates and mark-ups on printed drawings as per site modifications and consultant instructions. Share with Drafter to updated actual drawing 3) Maintain up-to-date drawing registers and ensure all as-built drawings are coordinated. 4) Supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical works on site to ensure alignment with project requirements, safety standards, and quality. 5) Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and the main contractor to track material delivery, site progress, and work schedules. 6) Attend progress and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and main contractors. 7) Report and highlight project-related issues, changes, or delays to the internal project team. 8) Prepare and distribute meeting minutes in a clear and timely manner. 9) Monitor daily work progress and ensure sufficient manpower, materials, and equipment on site. 10) Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations, and site environmental standards. 11) Carry out any other duties assigned by the company or project management.
