Requirements

• Willing to work 2 days WFH, 3 days onsite
• At least 3 years of experience in technical domains as Operations Manager and sensor solutions will be an advantage
• ITSM or basic project management certification, such as ITIL Foundation or CAPM, would be advantageous.
• Expertise of networking, system administration, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity would be beneficial.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a dynamic 24/7 operational environment.

IT Operations Manager For Sensor Solutions The Operations Manager will assist with technical assessments, project coordination, solution deployment, and operational support for Airport IT solutions and Managed Services in a mission-critical 24/7 environment. Key roles and responsibilities: Collaborate with internal and external airport stakeholders to support incident troubleshooting and resolution, under the guidance of senior engineers. Work with technical teams and vendors to gather requirements, prepare documentation, and support the development of technical solutions and performance measures. Support project and change management activities to ensure solutions meet technical, functional, performance, and business requirements. Assist with daily operations, monitoring, maintenance, compliance, and enhancement of Airport IT systems across terminals, including 24/7 standby or support rotations when required. Review and improve business and IT processes as part of continuous improvement efforts. Assist in evaluating emerging technologies such as automation, AI-assisted operations, cloud platforms, endpoint security, IoT devices, and digital passenger systems. Maintain accurate project documentation, SOPs, inventory records, and operational checklists.
