Site specific salary information as follows: East Hartford, CT: $120,094- $156,124 Hanscom AFB, MA: $120,548- $156,715 Pittsfield, MA: $109,810 - $142,755 Westover Air Reserve Base, MA: $120,094-$156,124 To qualify for a Program Manager (Integrator), your resume and supporting documentation must support: A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Providing comprehensive oversight and direction for multiple, concurrent projects. Leading a multi-functional team, including but not limited to, Engineers, Quality Assurance Technicians, Industrial Specialists, Software Specialists, and Contracting personnel. Applying acquisition strategy principles and methods to ensure success of comprehensive, integrated acquisition management programs. Evaluating contractor compliance against program requirements based on contractual agreement(s) and strategic goals.
