Responsibilities
- Own and evolve front-end applications supporting identity platforms, with a focus on scalability, usability, and integration readiness
- Translate product and engineering direction into clear technical approaches, refined requirements, and well-defined JIRA tickets that reduce ambiguity
- Provide technical guidance to front-end developers to promote consistency, improve code quality, and reduce defects
- Partner cross-functionally with backend and QA teams to deliver reliable, end-to-end solutions aligned with broader system architecture
- Identify and drive improvements across front-end architecture, patterns, tooling, and workflows to support long-term maintainability
- Bring structure and accountability to execution by organizing priorities, sequencing work effectively, and driving work through completion

- Strong experience building modern front-end applications using Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and Vite
- Experience with state management (e.g., Pinia) and unit testing frameworks
- Experience working in collaborative development environments using GitHub and JIRA
- Strong understanding of front-end architecture, design patterns, and integration with backend services and QA workflows
- Ability to translate high-level direction into clear, actionable technical work with minimal ambiguity
- Systems thinking mindset with the ability to engage beyond the UI layer in complex environments
