While this position is based in Marysville, occasional travel to our East Liberty and Anna clinics may be required, with mileage reimbursement provided. Your Role As an Administrative Coordinator, you will help ensure both the administrative and clinical sides of the practice run smoothly. Administrative Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars Answer phones and coordinate communication with patients, physicians, and staff Assist with insurance verification and patient registration Maintain accurate electronic patient records Support the daily administrative operations of the clinic Prepare treatment areas and equipment Assist physical therapists with patient flow Demonstrate and assist patients with prescribed exercises under the supervision of a Physical Therapist Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment Assist with other clinic support duties as needed High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment Comfortable assisting patients with therapeutic exercises under the supervision of a Physical Therapist Exercise Science coursework or degree is helpful but not required Previous medical office, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required Why Join Us?
