Responsibilities

  • Design, modify, and validate software systems and components by developing robust applications and clear technical documentation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and the user experience.

  • A good understanding of DB Management System and DWH and Data Lakehouse concepts is required.
  • Hands-on experience in Python or JavaScript programming is necessary. The candidate should be familiar with the Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) paradigm and able to read and should be interested in cross-skilling when necessary.
  • Experience working with APIs is essential, specifically in programmatically interacting with API endpoints.
  • Experience in SaaS application configuration and providing full lifecycle release support.
  • A working knowledge of AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and Glue is good to have.
  • Knowledge of Databricks is good to have.
  • Exposure to Git version control best practices and working in a collaborative development environment and DevSecOps.
  • Supplier, Procurement, Facilities Management experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and collaboration skills.

This individual will be closely working with the Technical lead and responsible for configuring, coding and developing new solutions or enhancing existing solutions in the Integrated Facilities Management, Building & Package Management, Real Estate Management, and Smart Building products within the Facilities Management product line to address the core application backlogs, automation, and facilities needs in support of Global Workplace and Enterprise Services leaders.
