Position Summary: At Miovision, we are engineering the future of smart transportation, but to keep global traffic flowing smoothly, we need a sharp Data Quality Assurance Administrator to manage our data intersections. Engineers and transportation professionals around the world rely on our traffic studies to make massive infrastructure decisions, and you will be the ultimate quality checkpoint ensuring those studies don't hit any roadblocks. Before our data hits the fast lane, you will perform thorough visual inspections, interpret complex customer requirements, and navigate system limitations to spot any setup collisions. Objectives and Responsibilities: Precision Processing: Follow established procedures to perfectly configure studies and define clear, actionable tasks for accurate processing. Quality First: Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure all data strictly meets our high accuracy standards and exact customer requirements. Proactive Problem Solving: Review and validate study configurations, proactively identifying potential issues before they escalate, and collaborating closely with production leads and support specialists. Clear Communication: Confidently communicate study hold notes and updates directly to customers, setting realistic expectations, clarifying adjustments, and proposing clever solutions. Task Management: Effectively assign re-configuration tasks, escalate complex cases when necessary, and successfully publish completed, flawless studies. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in team discussions and special projects, bringing fresh insights and suggestions to the table to boost efficiency and elevate quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with other teams to resolve discrepancies, share knowledge, and build a stronger, more aligned operation. Google Workspace Wizard: You are highly proficient with the Google suite-Docs, Sheets, and Slides are essentially your second language.
