Additional Information

This position serves as primary Budget Analyst for the U.S. Military Group (USMILGP). The incumbent will plan, coordinate and execute weekly, monthly, annual and multi-year budgeting in support of foreign military sales (FMS) Trust Fund(T-22), Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and DCA funds. Position will review and interpret Headquarters US Indo Pacific Command (HQ USINDOPACOM) and Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) Budget Directives, Departmental and other Federal guidelines pertaining to assigned budget segment. Position assists Program Managers with the transfer, coordination and filing of Service FMS weapons or training case documents and resolution of issues as required in accordance with the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM). Position also provides limited budgetary support for USMILGP Brunei and several Defense Cooperation in Armaments (DCA) organizations: Naval Medical Research Center-Asia (NMRC-A), Office of Naval Research-Global (ONR-G), Combat Capabilities Development Command - Pacific (CCDC-Pacific) and Exchange Scientist and Engineer Program (ESEP). The position serves as primary International Cooperative Administrative Support Services (ICASS) point of contact for USMILGP and backs up the FMS positions.
