Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing spanning content production and demand generation

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM for lead management, lifecycle campaigns, and attribution
  • Background in running account-based marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with API management and connecting AI tools into production workflows
  • Startup or scale-up experience

Our platform combines 3D perception, automated path generation, and adaptive motion control to make programming accessible for high-mix, high-complexity operations. We serve global customers across surface finishing, welding, material removal, and coating. About your role You will plan and execute marketing across demand generation and content production, supported by the marketing team and an established production system. The workflows, tools, and templates are already built. Your job is to run the system, improve it, and produce work that drives pipeline. This includes: SEO, SEM, and paid media: keyword targeting, ad copy, audience segmentation, bid optimization, and spend allocation Email nurture sequences and lifecycle campaigns to convert and accelerate leads Full-funnel performance tracking, attribution, and pipeline reporting Social media content production: posts, carousels, and video clips from raw engineering footage through to published assets Web content: blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and site maintenance via WordPress Trade show and event support: collateral, booth content, pre/post-event campaigns Competitor monitoring and market intelligence
