Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage measurements and cost estimates for construction projects, from initial calculations through to final accounts
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including Bills of Quantities
- Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors, and negotiate where necessary
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for project and tender submissions
- Review and interpret civil & structural (C&S), architectural, and mechanical & electrical (M&E) drawings
- Prepare contract documentation in accordance with relevant regulations and standards

- Assess progress payments and variation works for clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow

- Prepare and manageproject cash flow forecasts (S-curves) in accordance with the approvedconstruction programme.
- Track project progress and handle measurement and valuation of variations for interim payments and final accounts
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and procedures
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Performother Quantity Surveying-relatedduties and provide support to project and site teams asrequired.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of both civil and architectural works is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in building, HDB, or condominium projects, or projects of similar scale and complexity, will be an advantage.
