Responsibilities

  • Financial Operations: Perform end-to-end accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, General Ledger, stock take, stock reconciliation including monthly/annual closing.

  • Performance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, evaluating KPIs such as sales data, inventory trends, and customer engagement to guide decisions.

Requirements

  • Fluent English & Cantonese/Mandarin capability both verbal and written.
  • 5 to10 year experience in commercial accounting.
  • Solid hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Degree in accounting, business, finance or a related discipline.
  • Excellent skills in finance packages, Microsoft Excel and relational databases.
  • Experience with BPC, SAP or other accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Experiences of working in multinational companies is favorable.
  • Positive and willing to take on challenges.
