Civitas Learning is looking for a highly professional and confident individual to join our Customer Support team. As a PeopleSoft Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical expert bridging the gap between our software and our customers' PeopleSoft ecosystems. Your focus will be on ensuring the seamless interoperability and data flow between platforms, diagnosing complex connectivity issues within PeopleSoft HCM and Campus Solutions environments to support our software's success. What you will do as a PeopleSoft Engineer: Act as the lead technical point of contact to resolve synchronization and connectivity issues between our software and PeopleSoft. Analyze customer-specific PeopleSoft components, such as Integration Broker, PeopleCode, and Application Engine, to troubleshoot why data is not transferring correctly to our platform.
