At RSM, Tax Senior Associates are responsible for the following job duties which are focused around three core concepts : (Technical & Quality Expertise, People & Talent Management, and Client Service/Business Development): Preparing complex t ax returns Detailed review and analysis of t ax returns Interact directly with clients handling questions, planning, concerns, etc. Performing, documenting, and summarizing research and conclusions regarding specific tax issues Develop, motivate, and train staff level and intern team members Remain up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law Some travel may be required
