Requirements

- Established relationships across Whitehall and appetite to expand a strategically important network
- Strong understanding of how policy choices affect value drivers and commercial outcomes
- Ideally, international relations experience and comfort advising on geopolitics relevant to an FTSE-listed, globally operated energy company
- Demonstrated success leading teams and managing budgets; excellent written analysis and briefing for senior leaders
- Willing to travel , mostly within the UK, and occasionally attend out-of-hours engagements
- Integrated communications planning and execution in fast-moving contexts; data-driven evaluation
- Outcome-based advocacy, reactive and proactive; trust-based relationships with diverse viewpoints
- Best-in-class content and storytelling across platforms (digital, consultation responses etc.)
