As Talent Acuisition Consultant (1 year contract), you will be responsible in proving end-to-end recruitment support to assigned business unit. You also drive initiatives and projects that will bring value to the kind of recruitment experience being provided with hiring managers and candidates. Here are the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life'. Partner with the business to create impact Build trusted partnerships with Hiring Managers, understanding business priorities, workforce plans, and capability needs. Provide expert, insight-led advice on hiring strategies, market conditions, and talent availability. Act as a strategic advisor-balancing speed, quality, and experience to deliver the best outcomes. Deliver end-to-end recruitment excellence Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding. Lead structured, inclusive selection processes that support fair and confident hiring decisions. Deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes aligned to Aurecon's standards of excellence. Proactively connect with future talent Identify, engage, and nurture diverse talent through innovative sourcing strategies. Build strong pipelines for critical and emerging capabilities that support our growth and future focus areas. Leverage market insights and creative approaches to access hard-to-find talent. Bring market insight and data to life Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform hiring strategies and workforce planning. Provide data-led insights, including salary benchmarking and talent availability. Use analytics and insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes and drive better decisions. Champion our purpose, brand, and candidate experience Deliver a seamless, inclusive, and engaging experience for every candidate. Bring Aurecon's purpose- bringing ideas to life to design a better future -into every interaction. Promote our commitment to sustainability, innovation, and creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong. Collaborate and continuously evolve Work as part of a connected Talent Acquisition and People & Culture team across Asia. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, embracing digital tools and AI to enhance effectiveness. Share knowledge, insights, and best practices to lift capability across the team. What can you bring to the team? Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following: 6-8+ years' experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within consulting, engineering, or professional services. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships. A data-informed mindset with the ability to translate insights into action. Curiosity and a proactive approach to finding and engaging talent.
