Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree- STEM, required
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare IT, digital transformation, enterprise operations, or strategic program leadership
- Demonstrated success leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation portfolios
- Deep experience with governance design, portfolio management, and capital planning
- Proven ability to influence across service lines and executive stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen, including ROI modeling and value realization
- Exceptional executive presence with experience presenting to senior leadership and boards

This role is a critical system leader responsible for activating and leading the Digital Transformation Office (DTO), serving as the coordination and decision-support backbone across IT, Digital, Clinical, and Operational domains. This is an enterprise leadership position focused on governance activation, portfolio discipline, and enabling executive decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.
