Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding industries, with a strong focus on mold maintenance.
- Proven experience supervising technical maintenance personnel.
- Hands-on approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Education
- Technical High School degree or Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering (preferred).
- Technical knowledge & skills
- Mold repair, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Strong understanding of the plastic injection molding process and parameter adjustments.
- Operation of workshop machinery such as milling machines, lathes, grinders, and welding equipment (TIG/MIG preferred).
