Job Responsibilities: Operation of experimental technology: Participate in establishing and optimizing the processes in the oligonucleotide synthesis and PCR and to follow SOP for all required production Cultivate the ability to independently solve routine production issues to ensure smooth operations, optimizing processes and offering reasonable suggestions. Handle experiment handovers and exception management, provide analysis for unresolved issues in experiments, propose reasonable improvement plans and report unfinished experiments to superiors for confirmation of analysis, feedback and discussion. Be responsible for 5S execution and optimization involved in the production line, including safety and equipment maintenance of primer synthesis. Maintain 5S practices with complete inspection records. Cooperate and assist with the completion of internal and external department tasks and carry out miscellaneous tasks assigned by supervisor. Be responsible for recording all data and results involved in the experimental process in a standardized manner and to ensure the authenticity and traceability of the data. Handover experiments properly, analyze the problems of uncompleted experiments, put forward improvement plans, and report the uncompleted experiments to the supervisor Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment.
