Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain job roles, duty roles, and privileges in Oracle Fusion. Customize delivered roles and build tailored roles using least-privilege principles
- Support role redesign activities to eliminate redundant or excessive access

- Support automation of access provisioning workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 8-10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Security.
- Strong understanding of Role-based access control (RBAC), Job roles, duty roles, privileges and Security Console / user provisioning
- Experience with SoD tools and audit/compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven track record of implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions that drive business value.
- Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams to ensure cohesive project execution
- Experience in managing large-scale systems implementations.
- Knowledge of Oracle Identity Management / SSO integrations, Security reporting and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
