We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Supervisor / Team Leader to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is a hands-on, all-round role combining Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and elements of European payroll. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations while leading and supporting a small team. This position suits someone who is confident working independently, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is comfortable using data, Excel, and emerging tools such as AI to improve processes and reporting.
