Administrative Support Specialist

About the role

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST in the ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER. NT-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 through GS-11 or NT-02 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Formulating local program policy and procedures governing the tracking of inter-service and intra-governmental taskers; 2) Editing and reviewing highly complex scientific and engineering documents; 3) Composing correspondence on multiple subjects as outlined in regulations and procedures. NT-02: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-01 through GS-04 or NT-01 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Administering laws, regulations, policies, precedents and meeting operational requirements; 2) Writing clear technical documents based on written materials and verbal information from engineers and scientists; 3) Conducting studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
