Maintenance Team Lead Day Shift

Requirements

• Metals, coating, roll forming or industrial maintenance experience
• PLC experience, preferably Allen Bradley such as SLC 500, RSlogix 5/500/5000, PLC5, ControlLogix, Micrologix, and Panelview systems
• Skills and Abilities
• Demonstrates strong computer proficiency, including the ability to learn and use new systems.
• Demonstrates strong practical aptitude in diagnosing and resolving equipment issues; able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
• Good, professional communication skills
• Ability to learn processes, equipment specifications, and company standards through active use of resources, manuals, training, policies, and collaboration with colleagues.
• Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test as a condition of employment
• This is a Thursday through Sunday shift 5:45am to 6pm

Required Qualifications & Experience: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent (GED) - Hold a Technology Diploma, Trade Certification or a minimum of five years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic and/or Electrician - PLC and basic drives experience - Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge - Proficient communication skills - particularly, the ability to explain complex electrical issues. - Must be able to perform physically demanding work, such as climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, twisting, and bending for extended periods of time.
