Assistant Supervisor

About the role

Job Title: Assistant Supervisor Location: Jurong East Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00am - 8:00pm Salary: $4400 - $5000 ________________________________________ Job Description: - Assist the Supervisor/Manager in coordinating daily operations related to delivery, installation, and servicing of electrical appliances - Supervise a team of technicians and workers to ensure timely completion of installation, maintenance, and repair works at dormitories - Plan and schedule service activities, including routine maintenance and breakdown response - Liaise with clients (e.g. dormitory operators) to handle service requests, feedback, and issue resolution - Monitor work progress and ensure service quality meets company standards - Ensure proper handling, usage, and upkeep of appliances and tools - Maintain inventory records of appliances, spare parts, and equipment, including stock in/out tracking - Ensure all work activities are carried out in compliance with workplace safety and company policies - Prepare basic operational reports and updates for management - Perform any other duties as assigned by management ________________________________________ Job Requirements: - Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or maintenance environment - Prior supervisory or team-leading experience will be an advantage - Basic knowledge of electrical appliances or maintenance work preferred - Able to work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment - Good communication and coordination skills - Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
