About the role

Provides expert comprehensive advanced patient care to pain management patients primarily in the outpatient setting but may include in-patients when deemed appropriate. Autonomously performs pain management assessments of all patients. Functions as part of a multi-disciplinary pain management team, collaborating with Anesthesiologists, NPs/PAs, RNs, Physical Therapists, psychophysiologist and other pain management personnel in safely assessing and treating the patient. Education/Experience: Advanced Practice Registered Nurses - Master's Degree in Nursing as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. - Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience or related specialized area strongly preferred. Physician Assistants - Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies strongly preferred - Minimum of two years Pediatric primary/specialty or acute care setting experience OR 2 years' experience in related allied health field (i.e. family practice setting with heavy component of pediatric patients) strongly preferred.
