Consisting of high-net-worth individuals and their representatives, our sales consultants arrange private jets charters for everything and anything from corporate business meetings to leisure trips. Joining the company as a trainee, you will be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you in your first 6 months as you become familiar with the role and industry. During this time, you will see first-hand what goes into ensuring a private jet charter goes off with ease. You will learn everything from how to build a successful sales list, work with HNWI and of course, how to administer a charter flight all whilst delivering exceptional service to your clients. Previous experience working in a customer facing role in luxury products and services - essential Fluency in German - essential / Swiss German is a plus Excellent customer service skills Client focused with the ability to build strong relationships Exceptional communication skills Ambitious, motivated and willing to learn new skills & industry Hardworking and flexible, this role is not simply 9-5 Organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure MUST be able to travel frequently & often at short notice 70'000 CHF Base Salary + 10% Uncapped Commission 22 days holiday per year which increases with length of service Award-winning professional training and one-on-one mentoring. International training based in our London HQ for approximately 3 weeks to 1 month. Training and travel expenses are covered by the company. Clear path for career progression
