In this role, you will 🚀 Build & ship end-to-end features (frontend UIs to backend services/APIs) 🎯 Own projects full lifecycle Design discussions & technical scoping Implementation & testing Post-launch iteration 🤝 Partner with product & design - translate ideas to intuitive, performant, scalable UX 🏗️ Contribute to system architecture - ensure reliable, maintainable, scalable stack 🔬 Explore & learn new frontend/backend tech - apply pragmatically for value ⚖️ Balance velocity vs. technical excellence - ship quickly vs. invest in long-term quality ✨ Uphold collaborative team culture - share knowledge & best practices We're looking for fullstack builders who thrive on turning ideas into reality! You'll be someone who gets energized by scoping out complex problems, proposing creative solutions, and owning the complete end-to-end implementation journey from concept to delivery. If you love wearing multiple hats and making things happen across the entire stack, this role is for you. You may be a good fit if you Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience : 3+ years of experience as a software developer, ideally deeply embedded with design and product teams. Track record of shipping user facing features end to end in dynamic environments. Technical skills: Knowledge in React and some level of experience with one backend framework (e.g., Node.js, Django, or similar). Some familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API design. Product focus: Excited about shipping features that directly impact users and iterating quickly based on feedback. Ownership mindset: Brings initiative and accountability, pushing projects forward and taking responsibility for outcomes. Learning-first attitude: Curious to deepen expertise in fullstack development and broaden exposure to new tools and architectures. Collaboration: Thrives in cross-functional work with PMs, designers, and engineers across disciplines. Adaptability: Comfortable moving across layers of the stack depending on the project's needs.
