Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse ready to lead with purpose? Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Registered Home Manager on behalf of a well-established, family-run care group with homes across Greater Manchester. We're looking for a dynamic leader to oversee the operations of a purpose-built, 39-bed nursing care home in Hindley, Wigan. What will your responsibilities be? As Registered Home Manager, you'll take the lead in ensuring the home runs smoothly, safely, and in line with all regulatory standards. You'll inspire your team, build strong relationships with external partners, and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care. Lead daily operations and ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory bodies Develop and implement policies to enhance service delivery Manage, mentor, and support staff across all departments Conduct performance reviews and foster professional development Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and community partners Monitor care quality and drive continuous improvement Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation
