The Technical Content Researcher is responsible for creating technical content for the development team to meet client standards, carry out reviews , ensuring compliance with the agreements established with the client. Assess designated businesses current processes, activities and cultures to prioritize areas for improvement Design and develop a structured technical training to deliver real and sustainable improvements in processes, communication and teamwork to deliver improved customer satisfaction and right first-time repairs. Work with SME' to find technical content that fits the development of training modules. Design a range of training modules. Ensure standards are met for training material, student guides, and literature, are properly created Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to gather up-to-date information on products, technologies, and industry trends Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises Stay up to date with advancements in technology to continuously improve training content and delivery Collaborate with team members to identify training needs, develop training content documents, and create effectiveness of training programs Attend factory or brand-led events as a representative of the Client and MSX International ranging from Train the Trainer events to Product Launches Attend technical meetings with the client Report results to the Project Manager and to the client on the status of the project. Deliver improvements in several Key Performance Indicators Build a close working relationship with technical content and design team. Industry recognised technical accreditation (desirable) Technical training and development experience (desirable)
