EVENT MANAGER (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Organize international events. Connect the scientific community. Strengthen our global brand presence.
• You will manage our international events from planning to execution, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure the smooth delivery of projects worldwide.
• Planning, organizing, and executing international events - both virtual and on-site, including conferences, webinars, workshops, sponsorship activities, and distributor meetings
• Further developing existing event formats and contributing to the international event strategy in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing
• Managing trade show and conference participation, including booth concepts, logistics, product demonstrations, and marketing activities
• Coordinating event-related promotional campaigns together with the marketing team
• Managing external vendors and working closely with internal departments, international distributors, and partners
• Planning budgets, evaluating event performance, and continuously optimizing processes and formats
• WHAT YOU BRING
• Several years of experience in international event management, both virtual and on-site
• Proven experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in an international environment
• Experience with event management and webinar platforms
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel internationally
• It doesn't matter whether you completed vocational training or hold a university degree . We value your practical experience, organizational skills, and ability to successfully deliver projects.
