Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager / Assistant Vice President (AVP) to support client onboarding and implementation across Hong Kong and Macau. This role focuses on API, Host-to-Host (H2H) integrations, and SWIFT FileAct connectivity, alongside onboarding of cash management solutions including liquidity management and digital banking services. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in implementation and project management, with hands-on expertise in API, H2H, and SWIFT FileAct integrations. A proactive mindset, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end implementation of API, H2H, and SWIFT FileAct integrations across Hong Kong and Macau, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Lead onboarding of clients for cash management solutions, including liquidity management and digital banking services
  • Coordinate with clients, technology teams, and product partners to ensure seamless system integration and connectivity
  • Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across channels to ensure solutions meet business and client requirements
  • Identify and implement enhancements and maintenance for existing API and connectivity solutions to improve performance and client experience
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on implementation, onboarding, and connectivity matters
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including preparation and submission of necessary documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation or project management within transaction banking
  • Solid hands-on experience in API integration, Host-to-Host (H2H), and SWIFT FileAct connectivity
  • Experience supporting cross-border or multi-market implementations (Hong Kong and Macau preferred)
  • Strong understanding of cash management solutions, including liquidity and digital banking services
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (spoken and written)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
