Answer and direct incoming calls. Take messages for IH sales representatives and distribute or post on board. Provide fast and accurate information to guests. (directions, phone numbers, etc.) Good customer service skills are needed. Make sure Reps are aware of guests problems and concerns To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
