Hexcel is currently seeking a CNC Operator for our Burlington, WA location. Primary recruitment is for 2nd and 3rd shift. No previous CNC experience required - we provide training! Future increases are based on skills acquired and longevity in the position. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and paid time off. Summary pay range: $23.96 - $34.53 hourly wage rate. The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations: Operation of industrial equipment, primarily 5-axis milling machines. Additionally, band saws, industrial ovens, and other equipment. Prepare and load tools and parts on to the machines. Follow process and work instructions. Inspect product to ensure quality requirements are met. All positions work in a team environment to produce high quality composite parts in a timely manner. Positions are expected to be able to work both independently and with a high degree of detail and accuracy.
