Responsibilities
- Support your team in making deliberate improvements in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) as well as housekeeping performance.
- Ensure 100% compliance of assigned EHS requirements, process safety, food safety, and quality standards. As well as executing required preventative, autonomous maintenance and equipment sanitation work practices.
- Safe completion of life critical activities in production areas including development and execution of lock, tag, try procedures (LTT).

- Performs maintenance and repair of site's electrical and instrumentation systems
- Performs work order tasks and supports work order flow through MMIS
- Performs troubleshooting of site's electrical and instrumentation systems
- Supports scoping and planning of work orders
- Follows parts procurement procedures
- Supports updating and documentation of equipment BOMs and PMs
- Key performance Indicators:
- Wrench time (hands-on tool engagement and productivity)
- The following are requirements for this position:
- High School Diploma or High school equivalent (HSE) including GED and Maine HiSET
- Basic math skills and computer skills
- The following knowledge, skills and experience are helpful but not required:
- 1-3 years of electrical experience, ideally supported by a two-year trade or technical college degree
- Experience in a manufacturing or chemical production environment
- Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and act with urgency
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and continuous improvement
- Effective collaboration and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
