Oversee daily operations across multiple locations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent service delivery 2. Take full ownership of outlet performance to meet and exceed established revenue targets, analyzing sales data and implementing strategic initiatives to drive profitability. 3. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of site supervisors and frontline staff to achieve operational targets 4. Monitor performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines 5. Conduct regular site visits, audits, and staff check-ins to ensure alignment with brand and operational standards 6. Implement and maintain staffing plans, training programs, and performance evaluation processes 7. Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls to meet business and financial goals 8. Identify areas of improvement and lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and staff productivity 9. Manage external vendor relationships and service contracts, ensuring all third-party providers meet quality, safety, and budgetary requirements for seamless site support. 10. Collaborate with senior management to roll out new initiatives and support business growth 11. Handle escalated issues and ensure prompt resolution of operational challenges. Job Requirements 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-site operations, preferably in service, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle sectors. 2. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across locations. 3. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. 4.
