Program Analysis Officer

About the role

The incumbent is assigned to the Office of the Managing Director and reports to the Chief Data Officer. The incumbent is responsible for agencywide business process management, process improvement, program evaluation, operational analysis, and organizational performance support across the enterprise. The incumbent leads efforts to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of agency processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend changes aligned with agency priorities. To qualify for this position, you must meet one of the following Basic Requirements: The applicant must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level which demonstrates the following Specialized experience defined as: developing reports, business cases, implementation plans, governance models, and policy frameworks that help leaders make informed decisions and drive meaningful change; utilizing data-driven evaluation to strengthen performance across an entire enterprise, with tools like Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, and root cause analysis; For more information see link: Management and Program Analysis Series 0343 NOTE: IN DESCRIBING YOUR EXPERIENCE, PLEASE BE CLEAR AND SPECIFIC.
