Job Summary The Group IT Sr. Specialist is responsible for managing IT systems and services at the group level, ensuring operational excellence and supporting strategic IT initiatives. This role provides advanced technical expertise and leads cross-functional IT projects. This job profile is intended for specialist professionals that apply advanced knowledge of a job area. Required to manage projects / processes independently with limited supervision. Typically coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals. Job Purpose As part of the SAP CoE the SAP PS consultant is responsible for supporting the business by implementing Change Requests, being part of and SAP roll-outs and projects and supporting in the Incident and Problem Management on our SAP platforms. Requirements for this role include the below: 1. Manage all activities related to the PS module 2. Responsibility to do changes to SAP system configuration and to global master data in the PS modules 3. Responsible to provide on-going key user training 4. Responsible for configuring and for implementing localizations with the key users and consultants during rollouts 5. Develop, configure, test and roll-out SAP PS module settings based on the Sulzer template 6. Provide detail functional specifications to assist technical team in the development of RICEF 7. Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging for issue analysis 8. Adoption of best practices and compliance management by developing new SAP tools, features and enhancements 9. Ability to manage diversified team located across the globe through project requirement, design, development, code/test case reviews, testing and deployment phases 10. Ability to multitask under high stress & aggressive timelines 11. Experience working with top management to manage expectations and escalate issues/risks 12. Experience in a similar position in-house in an international corporation 13. Deep knowledge in Project structures (WBS, Networks, Activities, Milestones) 14. Deep knowledge in Budgeting, Cost Planning, Result Analysis 15. Deep knowledge in Integration with FI/CO, PLM, SD, MM, PP 16. Knowledge of standard PS reports & reporting tools 17. Basic understanding of Fiori apps for Project System 18. Basic knowledge in SD & CS processes 19. Required to travel in case of roll outs 20. Excellent problem solving & client facing skills Desired experience and qualifications Work experience : Minimum 8 - 10 years' experience with responsibilities outlined. Experience in a multi-national company environment in a matrix environment Preferably experience on S4/HANA Expertise (e.g. professional, technical): PS C ertified, ITIL Certified Experience with at least two SAP ECC Implementation or redesign with implementation functional team experience. Education: Level: Engineering Degree from Technical College. Languages: English Soft skills: Ability to act independently Attention to detail Customer service oriented Flexibility and ability to adapt to Interpersonal skills and cultural awareness Planning and Organization skills Problem solving skills Ability to work in a global team Other: Timely completion of service incidents, requests, problems and / or escalations relating to Service Operations to agreed SLA's, OLA's and best effort depending on priority of the ticket.
